Two specialty, cardio driven class for heart health. 

9:30am - Zumba Gold-   With Melissa Mondello. A modified Zumba class for active seniors.

10:45am - Wellness Wednesday-   We open with a deep stretch and breathing routine to de-stress, we then continue with an extended time of low impact cardio for a healthy heart (there are chairs to take a break if needed).

BAM class (Balance And Motion) includes strength exercises, low impact cardio, stretching, balance and coordination...a combination of seated and standing exercises for all fitness levels. 

ACTIVE FIT & PILATES are for the more active and fit senior.

Active Fit includes strength, cardio, balance, and stretching exercises all performed standing and on a mat.

Pilates is performed on a mat.

Wear sneakers, bring light dumbbells, exercise band and water. (For Active Fit & Pilates also bring a mat)
