10:45am - Wellness Wednesday-   We open with Tai Chi  to de-stress, we then continue with an extended time of low impact cardio for a healthy heart (there are chairs to take a break if needed) & conclude with a complete core workout for a healthy back!  Wow!

BAM class (Balance And Motion) includes strength exercises, low impact cardio, stretching, balance and coordination...a combination of seated and standing exercises for all fitness levels. 

ACTIVE FIT & PILATES are for the more active and fit senior.

Active Fit includes strength, cardio, balance, and stretching exercises all performed standing and on a mat.

Pilates is performed on a mat.

Wear sneakers, bring light dumbbells, exercise band and water. (For Active Fit & Pilates also bring a mat)
