  • This program is the best thing I have ever done for my students concerning weight loss.

  • A 10-week course at St Thomas Church and on Facebook live, Wednesdays, 12:00-12:45 pm.

  • If you miss a session, a video recording of the class will be made available to take at your convenience.

  • As I teach, students fill in blanks and highlight important sections in their student manual which will be provided the first day of class or will be mailed to students taking the class virtually.

  • Each week students have tasks (homework) to accomplish which are listed at the end of each chapter.

  • A weekly home weigh-in will be turned in to track progress.

  • Food journaling on the myfitnesspal app or a compatible app is a must. A one week journal will be turned in for review at three different points during the course.

  • Classes are fun, full of life changing information and the group interaction is engaging!
